How does your institution contribute to the SDGs?

On September 25, 2015, world leaders adopted a set of global goals to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. On September 25, 2015, world leaders adopted a set of global goals to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. Each goal has specific targets to be achieved by 2030, with commitment from each sector.

Is your higher education institution actively supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)? Please tell us how you are doing it, and help us inspire other higher education institutions worldwide!

Higher education institutions can actively contribute to the achievement of the SDGs through teaching, research, community engagement, non-academic services, and management practices.

We would like to know how your institution contributes to one, some, or all of the 17 Global Goals. After validation, we will use the information you provide to include your case in the UNESCO IESALC good practice case platform.

In addition, we may use your case for a series of reports on how higher education institutions are integrating sustainability or contributing to the SDGs on their initiative.
