Description

The Teacher Competency Development Programme (TCDP) consists of a series of courses aimed at strengthening digital and pedagogical competencies in non-face-to-face environments, by acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to design, develop and evaluate learning sequences taking into account techno-pedagogical and organizational principles.

The program is taught through the IESALC Campus and its methodology is project-based learning (PBL), supported by synchronous sessions of collaborative work and doubt resolution. It counts on technical advice and support to teachers for the completion of a final project as an Application Plan, related to the design of materials for the teaching of a subject in virtual modality.
