Chancellery of the Republic

Documentation required in order to initiate the recognition process

1. The requested obtained degree in original and photocopy.

2. The respective study plan.

3. Certificate of the obtained qualifications.

4. Certificate issued by the competent authority abroad, that the higher education center that issued the degree is recognized by the State where it operates.

The public or private universities authorized by competent authorities, are empowered to grant the incorporation of Nicaraguan or foreign professionals graduated in universities of other countries, as well as to recognize the titles and diplomas of university character protected by international treaties, as long as they are authenticated.
