The III Virtual Forum “The New Regional Convention: challenges and opportunities for its implementation”

The III Virtual Forum “The New Regional Convention: challenges and opportunities for its implementation” will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. (Caracas time -4 GMT). (Caracas time -4 GMT) as part of the actions aimed at promoting the ratification of the New Regional Convention for the Recognition of Studies, Degrees and Diplomas in Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Ana Capilla, Coordinator of Higher Education, TVE and Science of the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI); Félix García-Lausín, Secretary General of the Ibero-American University Council (CUIB) and Director of the Ibero-American Knowledge Space at the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB), and Betilde Muñoz-Pogossian, Director of Social Inclusion of the Organization of American States (OAS), will participate in the event. José Antonio Quinteiro, UNESCO-IESALC Program Coordinator, will be the moderator.
