Roadmap for the digital transformation of the public university

The challenge of strengthening the virtualization process of the public university and its transition from emergency remote education to virtual education continues today. In view of this, the Ministry of Education of Peru established a strategic alliance with the UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (IESALC) in order to outline a route for the digital transformation of public universities in favor of the community.

This alliance has two main components: the strengthening of blended and distance programs with quality standards in public universities; and a strategy to expand the coverage of public university education in distance mode.
