Francesc Pedró, Director of the UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (IESALC), analyses in Back to the future: Higher Education in the post-pandemic world, university closures’ main effects and impacts in terms of supplies, demands, technologies, international cooperation, and hybridization between online and face-to-face classes. This webcast transits from the actual context of higher education amid the pandemic into the future, based on what can still be done to move forward.
