Universidad Nacional Amazónica de Madre de Dios, UNAMAD is a public institution of higher education that trains professionals with a humanistic, scientific and technological orientation, located in the province of Tambopata, in the Madre de Dios region, in Peru.

Its 3 faculties are focused on engineering, ecotourism and education that today train more than 3,500 students.

As its website indicates, UNAMAD’s mission is “to contribute to the sustainable development of biodiversity with cultural identity and social responsibility.”
