XXII Education Conference: Moving towards 2030 in health sciences education for a sustainable society | Chile

The “XXII Education Conference: Moving towards 2030 in health sciences education for a sustainable society” will be held from October 3 to 7, 2022. It is an event organized by the University of Chile to alert health careers to respond in a relevant way to the current challenges in the higher education sector.
It is urgent to work collaboratively to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) proposed by the United Nations, at the level of health careers, and other disciplines and initiatives. The covid health crisis, climate change and the context of global uncertainty have only accelerated the challenge of the SDGs for the current and future generation.
In this sense, the XXII Education Conference invites the entire national and international educational community to reflect and visualize the implications and challenges for academic training.
On October 3, 2022, at 10h00 (Chilean time), Yuma Inzolia, Head of Learning and Capacity Development at UNESCO IESALC, will participate in the presentation “Learning for the Planet. Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and 2030 Agenda”.
