Panorama Seminar 2022

The Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills is organizing the Panorama seminar on 14-15 June 2022 in Bergen, Norway.
The Panorama Seminar will address opportunities and challenges in academic collaboration with the United States, Canada, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Japan and South Korea. It will be an important meeting place for Norwegian professional communities and institutions that cooperate with these countries in education, research and business in the follow-up of the Panorama strategy. The main topics for the seminar are student mobility, work relevance in higher education, responsible international cooperation and the UN’s sustainability goals.
Emma Sabzalieva, UNESCO IESALC Head of Higher Education Research and Policy Analysis, will present the Futures of Higher Education project. This project seeks to stimulate creative thinking and ideas about the future of higher education by 2050. The project takes a global perspective, and feeds discussions about the role of higher education as part of UNESCO’s Futures of Education initiative.
