X Meeting of Higher Education Networks and Councils of Rectors of Latin America and the Caribbean

UNESCO IESALC together with the National University of Asuncion (UNA), organize the celebration of this X Meeting of Higher Education Networks and Councils of Rectors of Latin America and the Caribbean, in the framework of the commemoration of the Tenth Anniversary of the National Council of Higher Education (CONES) of Paraguay.

The meeting will be held at the facilities of the UNA, based in the city of Asuncion, Paraguay, where university networks and councils of rectors of the region will meet to collectively reflect on the challenges posed by the necessary acceleration in the digital transformation of our higher education institutions.

We invite authorities and representatives of national rectors’ councils and associations, as well as university networks in the region to participate. Details of the agenda and work methodology will be announced soon.
