One Caribbean Solutions: Joint projects and initiatives to integrate the wider caribbean university sector

The “One Caribbean Solutions” webinar series, organized by Universities Caribbean and UDUAL, is indeed an opportunity to emphasize the necessity for a “One Caribbean” strategy in finding practical solutions to deal with our regional challenges. In such unprecedented times, it has indeed become so imperative that regional and global Higher Education institutions and networks work together, with governments and societies in order to strengthen their impact on regional development and on regional issues.

The webinar series will be held monthly and will emphasize the six One Caribbean pillars that Universities Caribbean has strategically defined as the priority areas of the organization:

· Climate Change and Environmental Justice
· Public Health & Chronic Diseases
· Tourism, Blue economy and Sustainable development
· Transportation and Logistics
· Race, Gender, Social Justice & Caribbean Realities
