The right to higher education includes a range of themes relating to access to higher education, widening participation, student “success” and retention, improving student outcomes and post-graduation trajectories. The right to higher education can also be investigated according to equity deserving groups and based on topics of interest. This section includes materials that examine the right to higher education from a thematic perspective.
