Towards CRES+5: Social Development, Regional Integration and the Role of Universities

The Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG), within the framework of the LXXXIII Rectors’ Council, will hold a new edition of the Seminar University, Society and State entitled: Towards CRES+5: Social Development, Regional Integration and the Role of Universities (Rumo à CRES+5: Desenvolvimento Social, Integração Regional e o Papel das Universidades).

The Seminar is an instance of academic-political exchange that aims to link, through the exchange of ideas, academics with representatives of the State and the different actors of society.

The topics chosen are those considered of strategic interest for the region, and academics from member universities, institutions, academic scientific organizations, university authorities, as well as social and political actors relevant to the thematic approach are invited.
