UTEL Universidad (Mexico) is organizing the event “Regional Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean” on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 7:00 pm (Venezuela time) with the participation of José Antonio Quinteiro, Programs Coordinator of UNESCO IESALC. Daniel Michaels, General Coordinator of the Regional Center for Cooperation in Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (CRECES); Constanza Abadia, Executive Director of the Ibero-American Association for Distance Higher Education (AIESAD), Adelino Sousa, Executive Director of Virtual Educa; Norma Carosio, Director of Consorcio Red de Educación a Distancia (CREAD) and Boris Cedeño, graduate of the Master in Management of Health Institutions at UTEL Universidad will also join the session.
